Pick Up Service

Exchange Policy

-At this time, Office Party does not offer a pick up service.

We have a 30-day damage exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange on a damaged item.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a damaged exchange, you can contact us at shop@officepartystationery.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges of Damaged Items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for an exchange, by sending it back to us and fill out the exchange form once its emailed to you.

Refunds
All sales are final, unless you received a damaged item, in this case an exchange will be excepted. If you are exchanging the exact same item, or an item that is equal in value there will be no additional costs. If you are selecting another item, you will be responsible for the difference in pricing. Please keep in mind that all sales are final, so if you select an item that cost less than your original item, you will forfeit the remaining funds to Office Party, LLC.

Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer US shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those locations we will contact you via email. At this time we are unable to provide international shipping.

Lost/Missing Packages

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Office Party, LLC is not responsible for any packages that become lost and/or missing once it leaves our warehouse and during the shipping process.
